The simplicity of my offer comes from several years of trying to be of service, yet not feeling to be able to do enough. Creating some powerful content, yet not having enough time to facilitate it all.

KISS: keep it super simple!
This Yoga Session is intuitive guided to help you release what no longer serves you. Yoga has many benefits, one is the uprooting of stagnant energy. As we immerse ourselves in the different asanas, we work ourselves into the different energetic bodies, feeling into the energies ready to be released. Now this release combined with light language transmissions, has a manifold impact on your entire energy system. The session not only works on the subtle layers that we feel on our physical body, it goes deep into the cellular layers hidden from our five physical senses. This session is recommended when needing help with the final release of any kind. As the session is not taught, but guided it is advised that you are familiar with yoga and the different asanas.
The session is available as private or group session. For a group session with more than 4 participants, the price is reduced to 500 DKK pr. person.

Inner guidance is a healing modality that re awakens your suppressed self. The self that consist of vast universal knowledge and light. A suppressed and long forgotten energy that is interconnected to your divine self. This Energy is suppressed by layers of programming and external conditioning from this and prior lifetimes. Through a session you connect to your feminine energy, the energy that guides intuitively, through your senses and the unseen. This energy is subtle yet strong and fierce when allowed to steer you in the direction you must, to lead with your heart.
Through music we activate the feminine power and wisdom, that which is found in your heart, thus initiating a process back to yourself. The feminine energy guides you through the session, were release, activation and reprogramming are at play.
We move from a masculine way, of doing into a feminine way, of being. Said in other way we go from an analytical left brain into an intuitive right brain. The left brain is often and mostly in the western world, the dominant and loud side, that guides us in our day to day life, stemming from fear and an ego driven force. While your feminine side is more calm and not so loud, yet so important to be able to lead from the heart. And so, during a session you allow the right brain, your feminine energy, to guide you through what needs to be worked on in that moment.
The charge of the feminine energy is magnetic in nature, which is about holding the space for what is, to be and allow the course of things to happen without any attachment to outcomes. Dissolving resentment, fear, pain and conflict and replacing it with love. The space is held for you by the divine feminine, working through me, music and activation of energy points, which means that the only thing you need to do is to show up and allow the process to begin. For some this is hard, depending on the layers needing to be released, it might take several sessions prior getting into something tangible for your left brain, however layers get peeled of even when you least feel it.
A session never turns out how you wish it to be, a session turns out how you need it to be. When you allow the process to begin, magical healing occurs.
